Acoustic Testing & Performance

Independently tested in Australia in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 140.7:2006 and the Australasian Acoustical Consultants (AAAC) guidelines for apartment and townhouse acoustic ratings.

Key Test Results:

• Improved Acoustic Rating – Flooring systems incorporating the underlay achieved an average improvement from a 3-Star rating on bare concrete to a 4–5 Star AAAC rating.

• Effective Noise Reduction – Achieved an average 10.5 dB reduction in LnT,w, demonstrating improved impact sound insulation.
