Ordering & Shipping

1. Do you ship Australia-wide? 

You betcha! A2Z Fitness ships our awesome gear Australia-wide. No matter where you are, we'll get your fitness goodies to your door.

2. How can I get a shipping estimate for my order?

Easy as! Just punch in your postcode on any product page, and our system will give you the best shipping estimate before you even add to cart.

3. Can I "Click and Collect" my online order?  

If you're local to A2Z Rocklea, you can select the "Click and Collect" option at checkout. We'll drop you an email quicker than a kookaburra laughs when your order's ready for pick-up.

4. How do I track my A2Z Fitness order? 

Once your order's on its way, you'll get a tracking link via email. You can then keep an eye on your gear's journey online using your email address and order number.

5. How are items shipped? 

We send our items out, boxed up nicely and securely, with reputable courier services. For bigger orders, our couriers will usually give you a buzz before delivery to make sure you're home.

6. Do your products come with assembly manuals? 

For any gear that needs a bit of putting together, like your new self-propelled running machine or a home gym equipment Brisbane setup, we include comprehensive assembly manuals. If you get stuck, give us a holler!

Stock & Availability

1. How do I know if an item is in stock?  

Each product page on our site shows its current availability, whether it's in stock, on "Pre-order," or "On-order."

2. What does "Pre-order" mean? 

"Pre-order" means the gear, like that snazzy curved treadmill or a new set of 32kg adjustable dumbbells, is already on its way to our warehouse. We'll give you an estimated time of arrival (ETA) so you know when to expect it.

3. What does "On-order" mean?

"On-order" means we can order the item for you. There'll be an ETA for manufacturing and arrival, so you're always in the loop.

4. How long does delivery take for in-stock items?  

For items that are in stock, we aim to have them picked up by our couriers within 14 business days. Metropolitan deliveries usually take 4-10 business days, while regional areas might take around 3 weeks. Sometimes things go a bit pear-shaped, but we'll keep you updated if there are any unforeseen delays.

5. What if an item I want is out of stock? 

Most out-of-stock items usually become available again within 2-3 months. Keep an eye on the product page for pre-order options, or shoot us an email to get an update on your desired workout equipment Brisbane or that specific treadmill for sale Brisbane.

1. Do you offer in-store laybys?
