All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Brisbane.

We offer reliable shipping options for a range of products, ensuring that your items are delivered securely and on time.

• Small Items (up to 22kg): Shipped via Australia Post
• Cartons: Shipped via Hunter Express Couriers
• Heavy Items & Pallets: Shipped via Northline

All shipments are insured, providing peace of mind that your items will arrive safely or be replaced in the unlikely event of damage or loss. You can track your shipments with ease, as tracking information is available for all postal and courier services.

Please note: We don't deliver to addresses requiring ferry access. Please provide a mainland address or choose in-store pickup.

We offer a 14-day return policy for products that either fail to meet product specifications or differ significantly from their description. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) letter or email, issued by us.

Courier Delivery and Address Guidelines:

• For items shipped via courier, undelivered or unclaimed parcels will automatically be returned to us by the courier.
• To maximize the chances of a successful first delivery attempt, we recommend providing a daytime phone number.
• If your address is unattended during the day, please inform us, and we will notify the courier to contact you before delivery.
• Please note that couriered items can only be delivered to street addresses; PO Boxes are not accepted for courier delivery.

Postal Delivery Guidelines:

• For items shipped via Australia Post, a card will typically be left if the address is unattended at the time of delivery.
• We can deliver postal items to PO Boxes.

Door-To-Door Delivery (Standard)

Our Standard Delivery service provides reliable, nationwide, ground-level delivery to your door. Delivery charges are calculated based on the item weight and the delivery zone linked to your postcode.

Please note:

• Deliveries are strictly to street-level only - no upstairs delivery, in-home placement, installation, or removal services are provided.
• Items over 40kg will require assistance from someone at the delivery location.
• A valid contact number must be provided for all deliveries.

If deemed safe by the driver, your order may be left at the premises. You may also opt for Authority to Leave during checkout.

Delivery timeframes are approximate and provided by our courier partners as estimates only. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm. We cannot guarantee or accommodate specific delivery time slots.

Important: If your item is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Regional & Remote Area Notice

In some remote or regional locations, standard door-to-door or curb-side delivery may not be available. In such cases, you may need to collect your order from a local depot. If your address is in a hard-to-access area (e.g., unsealed roads), please contact us in advance so we can confirm delivery availability with our courier partners.
