Ordering Guidelines
- Products are available to Australian customers aged 18 and above.
- Packaging and delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
- Orders are accepted or rejected within 7 days; no reasons are required for rejection.
Order Fulfillment
- Payment confirms the transfer of title, with risk transferring upon dispatch.

Cancellations
- Errors in pricing or descriptions may result in order cancellations with refunds provided.
- Orders canceled due to change of mind may be eligible for store credit but not refunds.
Warranty Coverage
- A2Z Fitness is committed to providing high-quality fitness equipment and offers a warranty to the original purchaser of the product when used under normal home use conditions. The metal main frame of the equipment is covered under warranty for a period of five years from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship.
- All other mechanical parts and components are covered for twelve months from the date of purchase. Foam padding, upholstery, and vinyl coverings are covered for three months. These warranty periods apply only when the product is used as intended, in a residential setting, and maintained in accordance with A2Z Fitness guidelines.
- Should a defect occur within the applicable warranty period, A2Z Fitness will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected parts at no cost for the part itself. Customers are required to return the product or affected parts to the original place of purchase at their own expense. If a call-out service is requested, a service fee will apply.
- Please note that this warranty is void if the product is stored or used outdoors, including areas such as verandas, patios, or sheds. It is also void if the product has been improperly assembled, modified, misused, abused, damaged in an accident, or poorly maintained. This warranty does not cover issues such as squeaks, clunks, or thumps that result from lack of regular maintenance.
- To ensure the longevity and performance of your equipment, we recommend following the care and maintenance instructions provided with your product. For any warranty enquiries, please contact our support team and provide proof of purchase.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are offered with an expected time of arrival (ETA). While efforts are made to meet ETAs, delays may occur.
- Pre-orders are non-refundable unless required by law.
- By placing a pre-order, you agree to a binding contract for the product's future delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer replacements for faulty or damaged products. Notification through our “Contact Us” page is required.
- Undamaged products can be exchanged within 30 days, provided they are unused and returned with proof of purchase.
- Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
