Courier Delivery and Address Guidelines:

• For items shipped via courier, undelivered or unclaimed parcels will automatically be returned to us by the courier.
• To maximize the chances of a successful first delivery attempt, we recommend providing a daytime phone number.
• If your address is unattended during the day, please inform us, and we will notify the courier to contact you before delivery.
• Please note that couriered items can only be delivered to street addresses; PO Boxes are not accepted for courier delivery.
• We offer a 30-day return policy for products that either fail to meet product specifications or differ significantly from their description.
• Returns must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) letter or email, issued by us.
